I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth (distance) appointments. Below are prices and what to expect as a client of Everlasting Herbs.

Your First Appointment

Several days before your first appointment, I’ll ask you to fill out a health questionnaire. It’ll ask you about any major health concerns or goals you have, your diet and other habits, and related topics. I’ll also ask you to sign and return a client agreement to confirm that you understand the services I’ll be providing you.

After I’ve received your completed forms, we’ll meet together one-on-one for a telehealth video chat appointment lasting one to two hours over the secure website, Doxy.me. During this session, we’ll discuss your health questionnaire in depth.

Your Herbal Recommendations

Following your first appointment, I’ll take some time to research your case and then send you my written recommendations within a few days. The recommendations will include:

-lifestyle changes you can start making right away to support your health;

-optional meditative exercises you can practice on your own for additional health support, relaxation, and insight;

-and your personalized herbal formula recommendations, which typically will include a daily tea and a daily tincture to be taken on an ongoing basis.

Your herbal formula recommendations list will include everything you need either to assemble the formulas on your own or have an external herbal dispensary assemble them for you (list of names of herbs + number of parts by volume for each herb), or you can buy them directly from me (see below).

The price of the first appointment and initial recommendations list is $150.

Sourcing Your Herbs

Following your receipt of my recommendations package for you, you can either purchase, grow, or forage the herbs I’ve suggested for you independently, or you can buy them from me. My herbal products, sold directly to clients only and not to the general public, are competitively priced and include tinctures, dried herbal tea powders, freeze-dried “instant” tea granules (popular in Traditional Chinese Medicine and similar in use to instant coffee), and others.

The price of an herbal formula varies by its ingredients and form (tea, tincture, etc.), and this is something we can discuss during your first appointment. I am sensitive to budgetary concerns and can come up with something useful for just about anyone.

Follow-up Appointments

Every few months, depending on your case, I’ll meet with you again for a follow-up session to discuss and track your progress with you. These sessions typically last between a half-hour and an hour.

The price of follow-up appointments is $75.

Disclaimer: I am an herbalist, and I am trained to treat people, not diseases. As an herbalist, I am not licensed to diagnose, treat, cure, or propose to cure diseases. My herb recommendations are suggestions, not prescriptions, and they are intended to support clients’ overall health, based on their self-described health history, concerns, and goals. Additional relevant information about my role as an herbalist in a client’s overall healthcare program (including primary care providers, dentists, mental health professionals, and other specialists) is included in my client agreement, which must be signed and returned by all new clients prior to treatment.
