I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth (online and phone) appointments. Below are prices and what to expect as a client of Everlasting Herbs.
Your First Appointment and Herbal Recommendations
Several days before your first appointment, I’ll ask you to fill out a health questionnaire that I will send you. It’ll ask you about any major health concerns or goals you have, your diet and other habits, and related topics. I’ll also ask you to sign and return a client agreement to confirm that you understand the services I’ll be providing you. After I’ve received your completed forms, we’ll set a time to meet together one-on-one over the phone or on the the secure video chat website, Doxy.me, for one to two hours. During this session, we’ll discuss your health questionnaire in depth.
Following your first appointment, I’ll take some time to research your case and then will send you my written recommendations within a few days. The recommendations will include lifestyle changes you can start making right away to support your health, your personalized herbal formula recommendations, and optional meditative exercises (qigong) for additional wellness support, relaxation, and insight.
Your herbal formula recommendations list will include everything you need either to assemble the formulas on your own (I can give you instructions and direct you to some good herb retailers ) or have an external herbal dispensary assemble them for you.
The price of your first appointment and initial recommendations list is $120.
Follow-up Appointments
Every few months, I’ll meet with you again for a follow-up session to discuss and track your progress with you. Follow-up sessions typically last between a half-hour and an hour.
The price of follow-up appointments is $60.
Disclaimer: I am an herbalist, and I am trained to treat people, not diseases. As an herbalist, I am not licensed to diagnose, treat, cure, or propose to cure diseases. My herb recommendations are suggestions, not prescriptions, and they are intended to support clients’ overall health, based on their self-described health history, concerns, and goals. Additional relevant information about my role as an herbalist in a client’s overall healthcare program (including primary care providers, dentists, mental health professionals, and other specialists) is included in my client agreement, which must be signed and returned by all new clients prior to treatment.
