Evan Long, MPH

Evan Long is a clinical herbalist and health educator serving clients across the US via telehealth (online and phone) sessions.

Evan studied herbalism at David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies in Washington, New Jersey in the Two-Year Herbalist’s Training program along with two years of additional education in the Graduate and Therapeutics programs. There, he was trained in the use of over 400 medicinal herbs as well as diagnostic and formulation methods from herbal traditions as diverse as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda, Unani-Tibb, Cherokee, and European-American schools such as the Eclectics and others.

Evan also holds an MPH in Public Health from the Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine as well as a BA in Sociology, an AA in Humanities/Social Science, an AAS in Behavioral Health Studies, and certificates in Alcohol and Drug Counseling and Community Mental Health. Additionally, he has been certified as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C) by the State of Maine.
